The Rural Engagement & Vitality Center (REV) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting vibrant rural communities across Eastern Oregon.
Since 2010, urban counties have added more than 90% of all new jobs in the U.S., while many rural areas have seen job losses and business closures.
Oregon’s rural communities face the same uphill battle. Aging populations. Shrinking tax bases. Young people leaving for opportunity elsewhere.
REV works to change that narrative. We develop and scale innovative, homegrown strategies for rural revitalization—supporting local entrepreneurs, growing small-town talent, and building stronger bridges between rural and urban Oregon.
But none of this is possible without investment. Your gift helps us equip rural communities with the tools and networks they need to participate—and lead—in Oregon’s economic future.
